Analogue Books - Running Amok # 20

I'm really excited to announce that I've just finished my zine for Scotland's Analogue Books for their ongoing series "Running Amok." It is issue number 20, and is available for purchase here. I've entitled it "Everything and Everyone" and it's filled with a bunch of drawings of bearded men, shy girls and quotes from The Kinks.

Silverlake Exhibit - Ghettogloss Gallery

I'm in a 3 person show opening up on Thursday February 14, (yes, valentine's day...) with my friends Timothy Jason Reed and Rachel Robertson in Silverlake at Ghettogloss Gallery. The show is called "The Garden Of Delight" and the opening is from 7 - 11 pm and will feature champagne and CUPCAKES! I've got a series of new watercolor, spray paint and ink paintings as well as a series of new drawings on paper... a lot of new works. Tim and Rachel both have a lot of amazing work as well... Rachel's collages and mixed media drawings and Tim's got crazy paintings and drawings...

All new prints for 2008!
Two new limited edition screen prints are available at the Mountain Label shop for $40 USD each. "Mushroom Mountain" is a 2 color 18x24 inch signed limited edition of 50, and "Star Gazing" is a 1 color 18x24 inch signed limited edition of 50.
Both prints are also available at Giant Robot SF, for those of you in Northern California who don't like waiting for things in the mail... ^_^

Thinkspace Gallery - Fight For Flight Exhibit

I'm in a show which opens this weekend in Los Angeles called Fight For Flight at Thinkspace Gallery in Silverlake with several artists including Andrew Pommier, Andy Kehoe, Ben Floeter, Bwana Spoons, Natalie Wright, Susie Ghahrmani amongst others. The exhibit is a benefit for National Bird Day also in conjunction with the Animal Protection Institute. Here's the info from the gallery:

National Bird Day will take place on Sat, Jan. 5th, 2008 and we’ll be hosting a special exhibition entitled “Fight For Flight” that will have an opening reception on Fri, January 4th. The opening will be sponsored by Dewars and Grolsch and will take place from 7-11PM. There will be a special motorized installation from P. Williams in our front room and an exhibition in our main gallery featuring over thirty international artists contributing bird inspired works for this special 2-day only exhibition.

Lab 101 Gallery - LA exhibit

After 6 years the Lab 101 Gallery is shutting it's doors, but not after one last night of art, featuring 2 paintings from me! The last Lab show, "Happy Endings" opens on December 1, 2007 and is for one night only. Urban Outfitters v. tML = dinnerplates

I designed some dinnerware (plates) that are available at Urban Outfitters locations or at UrbanOutfitters.com. They're really nice full color heavy weight 9 inch ceramic dishes that come in a special box with a sticker I designed. Design #1 is out now with 2 more on the way... This first design available is called "Haters" and features a photograph of some clouds I took in Arizona (I think) with some cloud illustrations over top. Pick one up here.
