Design Box Collective

I was asked to design some promo materials, a poster (above) & a postcard (below) for a new project called Design Box Collective. Each edition will be themed, this theme being "sky" for witch I did some cloud/rain graphics because I figured clouds are the only somewhat permanent things in the sky. Info about the project is below and is from the DBC website.

"Design Box Collective presents a unique, themed collection featuring rising indie artists and designers from around the world. This limited edition collection illustrates the innovative techniques and materials of the burgeoning handmade movement, promoting each contributer and their craft, as well as providing a stage for new perspectives and purposeful design."

This incarnation features works from : Sebastian Bandin, Christopher Bettig, Smantha Cotterill, Chrissie Fullick & Vicky Charlton, Kristen Couse, Tracey Hatcher, Alexandra Merlino, Leticia Maguire, Lee Mezaros, Kerry Scheen, Kate Sutton, Sayuri Taga & Rebecca Tegtmeyer.

I also missed out on the 40th anniversary of walking on the moon.. I'm not a good blogger. Anyway, The National Air And Space Museum has an amazing exhibition about the Apollo 11 Moon landing, and for those who can't make it to DC their site has a bunch of videos & images.
