GIANT ROBOT 15 YEARS!!!

This weekend in San Francisco Giant Robot is having a 15 year celebration art exhibition.. I am so honored to have been asked to participate.. I remember when I was in college in Baltimore and went to Tower Records and picked up a magazine with Money Mark on the cover wearing a cowboy hat... I've been hooked ever since. Big thank you to everyone over at GR for doing what the do.. hope for another 15 years!

The exhibit features a performance by Goh Nakamura and the art of:

GRSF - Game Over, Continue?

Giant Robot San Francisco has a group show opening this Friday the 27th of March called "Game Over, Continue?" which is a video game themed art show which features a piece from me as well as many other amazing artists. I made a collage of the Super Mario Bros 1UP mushroom.. btw Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii was the best thing about my recovery from hand surgery last year, I just got to sit and play all day completely guilt free. Anyway, Giant Robot. San Francisco. Friday March 27 - April 15. Opening reception from 6:30 - 10pm on Friday March 27.

Giant Robot SF - For The Love Of exhibit

I've got a bunch of work in a small group show called "For The Love Of..." at Giant Robot San Francisco which opens on Saturday February 21 and runs until March 25. I also made a free limited to 50 copies zine for the show which will only be available at the opening... so come out and grab one! The show also features work by : Albert Reyes, Aaron Martinez, Joe To, Ben King, Robert Belim, Daria Tessler, Tim Gough, Jesse LeDoux, Alyana Udesen, Matt Furie & Sidney Pink. I'm really excited that 3 of my prints are going to be on display at Giant Robot SF this holiday season during the exhibition Printed Matter 4 which opens on Saturday December 13th and runs until January 14, 2009.

Giant Robot SF - Tree Show 4 exhibit

There is a really awesome show at Giant Robot SF that I'm proud to be in which opens on Saturday May 17 called the Tree Show IV.

This year's Tree Show will also be a fundraising effort for San Francisco's Friends of the Urban Forest, a non-profit organization that plants over 1,500 trees a year to keep San Francisco communities green. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of artwork will go towards their efforts. For more information, please visit the group's website: fuf.net

SF SOLO SHOW - MAY 8th - June 20th

My first SF solo show opens on May 8th from 6:30 - 8:30 at Candystore which is located at 3153 16th Street SF, CA 94103
The show is called "I Love You, And Other Odds And Ends" and features about 15 brand new paintings as well as several print editions, and debuting a brand new print edition inspired by The Kinks entitled "We Are Not Two We Are One."

I will be up in SF from May 6th, so stop by and say "Hi" or help me wallpaper the space with my prints, or bring me candy...
for those that know me you can see how this is the perfect place for me to show, there's nothing I like in this world better then sugar...
